We at IMS/RFIC/ARFTG and IEEE place the health and safety of our members and participants of paramount importance as we plan for the June event. We are developing plans to deal with a number of contingencies that may arise in this rapidly evolving situation and will evolve as we learn more.
The following outlines the current action plans as set by the Steering Committee:
1. The conference will proceed as planned to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC), California, 21-26 June 2020.
2. Registration is required to present your paper. Registration information is located at: https://ims-ieee.org/registration-travel/registration-information
3. Please register in a timely manner as directed by the acceptance emails.
4. IMS/RFIC/ARFTG 2020 will post detailed guidelines in the coming weeks for authors who cannot attend the conference due to the possibility of Covid-19 travel restrictions in June 2020. The guidelines will explain the IMS/RFIC/ARFTG 2020 policies on attendance requirements, pre-recorded presentations and how they will be shown to the conference attendees, and how to handle the discussion period after the presentations.
