The talk provides an overview of Northrop Grumman’s advanced Indium Arsenide Composite Channel (IACC) MMIC technology. Performance metrics, recent state-of-the-art demonstrations, and general technology readiness will be reported. Emphasis will be on low-noise amplification, but general technology capabilities will be described as well. Demonstrations to be described include mm-wave/sub-mm-wave radiometry and a sub-mm-wave air-to-air link demonstration.
